Question: Just need some answers. May help me alittle

Hey there.
I was just wanting to know what my CM means.
I have been TTC with my husband for 2 years now. Because I m still young the doctors wont help me with a baby or specialists.
Each month I usually get ovary pains just as I m about to ovulate.
I didnt get it this month but day 14 of my cycle, i notice very gloppy, eggwhite, thick discharge (TMI)
My cycles are irregular and I have a slight hormonal imbalance.
My husband s sperm count has only 2% normal sperm our of 4% so the chance of conceiving is pretty low.
My discharge was very, very tacky and hard to get off my find, sorry. Just trying to describe it properly, it was also very stringy and clear but has a yellow tinge.
I have 10 days before I May be expecting my period so it s around day 23 of my cycle.
Now I have NEVER had discharge this thick nor tacky. Is it a good sign or am I just getting my hopes up. Please, I need some answers.
